Simply search: Stay Fit Mom Roast Beef & Stay Fit Mom Au Jus to log them each in your diary. Instead I input the roast beef for you and the Au Jus for dipping. I’m not including the macros for the actual sandwich in MyFitnessPal because most of you wont be using the same bread or amount of cheese. But I will say, the Walmart onion poppy seed ciabatta rolls are also amazing paired with this roast beef. I sliced them in half and broiled them on low with some provolone cheese on top for about 3 minutes. Reader favorites include: Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili, Chicken Pot Pie Soup, Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup, Instant Pot Beanless Chili, and Instant. I purchased some fresh French Bread rolls from Walmart for our sandwiches this time around and it was great. Mine is always super tender and easy to shred with a couple forks. Once your meat is finished, remove it from the pot so you can shred it. I find the quick release tends to make a bit of an unwanted mess anyway so I don’t usually use that option. I typically let my Instant Pot naturally release for 30 minutes or so, so I can’t say for sure if the quick release will be okay. Set your Instant Pot to high pressure for 50 minutes or slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours. If cooking in the slow cooker, now is when you’d transfer it there from the stovetop. Add your meat back into the pot so it’s submerged in the broth. Stir and scrape that goodness off the bottom of the pot with a wooden spoon. beef broth, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, and 2 packets Lipton onion soup packets to the pot and bring to a boil. Immediately add your chopped onion to the same pot and cook until translucent.

Once your meat is seared, remove and set aside. You’re going to sear the pieces of meat on all sides.

Set your Instant Pot to saute(or just do this in a pan on the stove if using a slow cooker) and heat up 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Slice it up into chucks for even cooking and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Any 2-3.5 pound roast is going to yield nearly the same macros so don’t stress about that part. I grabbed this 3 pound one at Sam’s club.
