If a Head Chef stays in position for 5 years in the same restaurant they will receive a $25,000 gross bonus, 20 days paid Snooze Walk-A-Bout (sabbatical) to be taken within the same year and $5,000 adventure/experience dollars.
If a General Manager stays in position for 5 years in the same restaurant they will receive a $50,000 gross bonus, 20 days paid Snooze Walk-A-Bout (sabbatical) to be taken within the same year and $5,000 adventure/experience dollars.
